  • How often should I get my oil changed?

In most cases, it's recommended you change your vehicle’s oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, but that depends on your vehicle and your driving habits. Please consult your vehicle’s manual for the manufacturer’s advice.

  • How can I tell if my brakes need to be replaced?

Check for these common signs of brake wear and tear:

    • A spongy brake pedal
    • Squeaking or grinding noises when you brake
    • The car pulls to one side when braking
    • Longer stopping distances

If any of these apply to your vehicle, have the brakes inspected right away.

  • What should I do if my check engine light comes on?

Once your check engine light comes on, have your vehicle checked as quickly as possible. The issue could be anything from a simple loose gas cap to a serious engine failure.

  • How often should I have my vehicle's alignment checked?

In general, you should have your vehicle's alignment checked at least once a year or every 12,000 miles. But you also should have it checked sooner if you experience any of these signs:

    • Uneven tire wear
    • Your vehicle pulling to one side
    • Steering wheel vibration

  • Do I need an appointment for service?

Although we accept walk-ins, it’s best to make an appointment. With an appointment, you can get timely service and minimize your turnaround time.
